Gianpula

I accompanied some of the students to a large international party at Gianpula - an open air nightclub near Rabat/Mdina. I was incredibly impressed with the club itself - the layout is original and sprawls across various tiers, the dance floor is large, the cool evening air and the fact that you can see the stars was a welcome change from some clubs at home with their low ceilings and general sweaty aroma... 

Over 1000 students from the main language schools were there and the mood was very positive. There was no trouble whatsoever and everyone (staff included) danced the night away, students were even co-operative when leaving!
